At checkout, please include the following information:

1) First and last name and mailing address of the recipient.
2) What you’d like the gift card holder to say (To: From: and Message / Example: To: Keahi From: Aunty Sara Happy Birthday!).
3) If the gift card will be picked up at one of our locations, the first and last name of the individual authorized to pick the order up. This individual will be required to present their photo ID in order to pick up the order.
