Any Deja Vu Surf Hawaii item being returned must be unused, unwashed, unwaxed, and resalable in its undamaged original packaging, with all original tags attached. No returns or exchanges on face masks. Refunds are granted when the original sales receipt is presented. Otherwise, an exchange or store credit is issued.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. We may refuse or delay returns and exchanges if fraud or abuse is suspected. No refunds on boards purchased including, but not limited to: bodyboards, surfboards, skimboards, and skateboards. A board exchange requires the board to be in its original packaging with any seal or shrink-wrap intact. Warranty claims are to be handled directly with the manufacturer:

For sunglasses and watches purchased as gifts through December 24, guests have until January 1 to process a refund or exchange. All items must be unused and resalable in its original and undamaged packaging, with all tags attached.
